Description

Concord Street has become a raceway for cars, illegal dirt bikes and CT Transit. This is a very residential street with many children and dogs. The buses are empty and come every half hour flying down the road. The police refuse to be a presence on Concord and stay on Townsend where there are no buses and few pedestrians. We have begged CTTRANSIT, our alderman and the police to do something. We need speed bumps if we can’t have police. There have been so many near misses with the empty speeding buses. It’s so unsafe here. Please help. Thank you.
