Who is the genius that decided to change how the lights work on the weekend? whoever it is needs to be fired immediately.

It's not just the weekend and not just this intersection. Seems that all of the lights along West Chester Pike have been reprogrammed, especially those with left-turn arrows. It's almost hit or miss anymore if you actually get the green arrow.

Some have taken to just go through the light going south on Eagle onto West Chester Pike East as they do not always get a green turning arrow. I have also sat through light changes where I did not get a green arrow to turn off West Chester Pike heading east onto Eagle heading north.
