Description

In the past several weeks, I've noticed cars turning down Clark St., only to pull into a driveway within half a block, turn around, and drive the wrong way out towards State Street. I've noticed this on occasion in the past as well but it seems to be happening several times a weekend now. This is a serious problem and its only a matter of time before there is an accident.
