the SEAT bus system is a flag down type. they will stop to pick you up when you wave your arm at them (Wave your money, they like it when you have your fare ready!) . At busy intersections, you must be at least 3 or 4 bus lengths from them, to keep you, the bus and other traffic safe. They (someone) finally replaced a 4x4 inch wood plank on the Water Street bench (TOOK 5 YEARS!).
