As a matter of fact yes. I was finally able to locate the owner of the property today. I have left a message with his son and I am expecting a call back shortly

The Owner of the property was finally located and the Notice of Violation was served verbally served on 12/10/2020. The official notification was mailed on 12/11/2020. From the date of receipt of this letter he has thirty days to either correct the problems or to provide me with a plan of action. I will keep you informed

Any updates ? Its been 2 months since this complaint

The Owner of the Property has requested a hearing on the Citation which was issued. I however don't have any information on when or if this hearing has taken place. The Owner had indicated to me that he was attempting to sell the home.
