We all our waiting to begin redevelopment of Grove and Church sts in Meriden,Ct. what is the time table for completion ? The citizens of Meriden,Ct. deserve answers.

We want this issue resolved We want grove and church sts to be redeveloped We have a college nearby, Middlesex Community College and a church, parking garage and unused city land on churchs st and grove st. The Meriden alleys a bowling center, property has been vacant for years. There are other vacant lots on on grove and church sts. We have business on grove st. , we have children in schools in the area. This is a unsafe area that demands revitalization !

the residential areas on Grove and Church Sts have had to live with this situation for a long time. The city of meriden ct. has writen you property owners off. They gave you to the dioblos !

You get a water problem , and I don't minimize it, everyone gets in on the act which you should for the property owners that continually have to live with it. I support the property owners and tenents that have to deal with it. It should be fixed. There is another issue in a near by neighborhood that needs your attention.Grove and Church Sts. A high crime area that the city needs to act on . These people have been invisable to the city and their situation has been ignored for decades. To turn this city around, we need everyone involved.

They do not want property owners and tenents in flooding areas to support Grove and Church Sts high crime and dioblos issues. They do not want you to organize on city issues important to concerned citizens. I wish the flooding would and and support you. There is a nearby neighborhood that needs your help too. It is also flooding with crime and dioblos. Fix that too !
