Would the closest address to this issue be 3021 Cedar Trace but on the North end of Keystone Road?

No. It's right at the intersection of East Lake Road and Keystone. If you can picture southbound traffic turning right onto Keystone, it's right there. A brown water fountain was installed there for trail users last October and it's immediately next to that.
