Description

Car frequently breaking speed limit on Rollins Road between Toyon and Oak Grove (speeds greater than 45+mph) making it very dangerous for cyclists and any children playing on sidewalk of Rollins. In addition reckless drivers frequently cutting into opposite lane to pass speed abiding drivers. Please install additional speed bumps and/or stop signs.
