There are several unattractive buildings in this area. Can they be torn down?

I'd rather see the buildings renovated. We can't build a strong community based on the destruction of our building fabric.

x2. This building is very prominent from I-64 and deserves to be renovated. I live nearby and drive past it each day on Vandeventer to work. Who owns this building?
