There used to be a church at 94 Belmont Ave. This building is now under construction. The contractor and his workers use intimidation to keep residents of the street from parking at this address. He has painted the curb yellow. He has painted “no parkig”, yes, parkig without the N. He has now put up a sign that threatens vehicle owners with being towed.

To my knowledge, the zoning at this address has not changed, and curb parking is still legal in front of this address, as it is legal along most of the block.
