Things are starting to come to life in the drainage ditch. Thank you for your attention to the problem with the broken bollard and the overgrown vegetation in the stones.

The issue is with the area behind the wooden bollards. It is approximately as wide as Warren Road and it goes from the bollards back toward the woods. The area is covered with large stones that are now covered in silt and weeds. The drainage provided by the large rock area is no longer functioning due to the accumulated soil and detritus. We are interested in having the area cleared out such that when it rains, water does not accumulate at the end of Warren Road, which is also the base of our driveway. One of the wooden bollards was broken during plowing this winter and needs to be replaced as well. I hope this clarifies the situation. Thank you for your assistance.

Now that there is a very large rock further down the drainage ditch rather than the four tall bollards, I'm concerned that snowplows may dig up the area. We'll see how it goes with today's blizzard.
