The property owner of 7719 Middlegate Ct has removed the grass between the sidewalk and curb on Notley Rd behind his property and concreted the area, installed a gate and posted a sign to not block the driveway. This property has a driveway on Middlegate Ct, none of the properties whose backyard faces Notley Rd have driveways on Notley Rd, he's creating his own driveway in order to drive a his truck and trailer directly into his backyard where he will be driving over the curbing and creating a parking issue for other residents of the communtiy. This homeowner tried to do this several years ago and stated that he had county approval and when asked for proof of approval, he had none. I'm the Association Manager of the Queens Park Community Association and what he is doing should not be allowed by the county, he will be driving over the curb and has already created a safety hazard, he came very close to hitting children who were riding their bikes on the sidewalk.
