The yard is still a mess. Fine the owner.

This place is a mess. You can see cardboard boxes strewn around and litter. The owner is a total slob.

Especially filthy today with cardboard boxes all over.

Yesterday there was all kinds of trash put out to be picked up. Today there is litter all over the same area. Further inside the yard, it is atrocious.
