Description

The storm drain at Orange Ave and Bay Point Drive is overflowing and needs to be cleaned out. The water flows down Bay Point Drive and into my driveway to my garage and bedroom causing water damage. The storm drain should flow to the Hudson Bayou but is clogged again.
