Description
I am the Association Manager for Olde Towne Village. I recently had a homeowner from this association state that there was trash all in the streets on Bradford. The owner said that the trash was coming from the Brittany Place apartments as they have massive amounts of garage on the grounds. The owner has attempted to contact management of the Brittany Place Apartments and has had no luck.

Sounds like they need to take it up with the property management of those apartments. Right of Way does not go into residential areas for trash pick up. You could turn this over to code enforcement and get them involved.
