Any time we have a lot of rain the water runs from my neighbors who lives behind me house to my back yard. The time before this the water filled my whole yard and touched my home. I was informed that I need to contact you all while the issue was happening.

Work order #2110263 was issued on 11/17/2020 and a crew was out on 12/3/20 to look at the issue. An update will be issued asap.
