Still a mess. BART is a bad neighbor that does far less than necessary to keep its property clean and attractive.BART property in the Jack London District is constantly full of litter and graffiti.

Now there is new, inmproved trash. BART is a poor neighbor, allowing their property to become a dump and grafitti magnet.
