Someone, a private business truck or the DPW Trash truck leaks large amounts of oil.
When this truck is parked in front of DDonuts and because the gutter slopes down tilting the truck, it leaks vast amount s of oil into the gutter, literally puddling, then draining down into the drainage system. People walk and slip through it. Very dangerous and nasty. Recenty the sidewalks were replaced and the oil leaking has not happened for a few weeks, but keep an eye on this area.
