Description

There are 16 houses on Adeline St. Between Eddy and Barclays that never remove their garbage cans from the sidewalk or even the street. This has been going on for years creating pedestrian hazard, downgrading the appearance of the neighborhood and contributing to illegal dumping.

I live in this neighborhood also and would like to see it addressed. Our LCI Neighborhood Specialist Art Natalino monitors this site so I am sure that he will take note. He is very good about engaging residents in conversations about issues before he issues warnings or citations. You'd be surprised how many residents (renters and homeowners alike) don't know that not only are you supposed to remove your toters from the sidewalk/curb within 24 of emptying. AND toters are NOT to be left visible in the front of the residence if there is an accessible rear or alternatively side area to store them. Hopefully this will be addressed soon. Good looking out!

Agree they smell and you can't get around them . And cars parked on the sidewalk or double parked with their HAZARDOUS lights on.
