Broken water pipe underground creating large bodies of standing water flooding publicly accessed city park and causing a slippery and dangerous condition for public safety The standing water attracts geese and their waste is making for an unsanitary condition Public schools aren't able to fully use the fields due to water hazard for their sports activities during this covid crisis Wolfe's Pond Park
