Per Raleigh Police: This is an on-going issue, numerous citations have been issued and arrest have been made. We will continue to monitor this area. Several of the citizens that have been arrested several times but they continue to return. We have tried on several occasion to get these offenders down to Social Services to seek assistance but all have refused. These offenders are staying in jail and taking credit for time served and returning to the area when released from custody. We will continue to work this area.
