Description
The Ravenna Ave / Highland Ave light cycle is causing major backups along Highland Ave.
Ravenna Ave appears to have a sensor plate that changes the light, however, from there, a LONG timer is used to give the green light back to Highland Ave.
This timer runs a minute or longer even if only one car is exiting Ravenna Ave.
Why is this so poorly implemented? Can't the sensor plate be used to see if traffic from Ravenna is continuing? And/or can't the timer be reduced to something normal? 10 or 15 seconds?

It'd be nice if someone from the City of Salem actively responded, messaged, and closed these issues themselves, as other towns do.
But, the issue appears to have been fixed.
