Leaf bags not picked up

Q. Please provide detail of your Curbside Recycling Collection inquiry.
A. 6 or 7 leaf bags were placed on the curb in front of our house (next to 30 Marion driveway), I believe on the correct Monday, but the bags were not picked up. No one has removed them and they are getting soggy from the rain and will eventually tear spreading the leaves all over the neighborhood.
