  The storm needs to cleaned out before the winter rains as well. The PWD doe's not proactively go out
  and clean the stoom drains out they go out when reported. They have a adopt a storm drain program to get the public to do what they should be doing.

  Agree with David's comment - this drain in particular fills quickly (brings much from Townsend Ave.) and I have requested cleanings in past prior to Winter - to be fair, City crews have responded after my requests.

  Reopened Pavement on Townsend Avenue (Registered User)

  The missing pavement section is present because the top or crown of the outlet drain pipe that runs from this storm drain to the drain across the street on Wellington, where storm drainage drains out and to the curb and gutter, eventually running down Wellington St. to another storm drain - is broken off outside the drain structure - the pipe should be fixed so it's continuous to the drain structure, and paved above so there is no void in the pavement outside the drain. Eventually this could become a bigger problem if not corrected properly.
