This was re-assigned to our Trash and Recycling team on November 17th and they're still looking into the discrepancy between what you've been told by the transfer station and what's in our agreements. We have not received a response yet but will update this request as soon as we do. Thanks for your patience.

I sure apologize for the delayed response.

We are sorry that you didn't have a good experience out at the transfer station. It is actually a wonderful program for residents to dispose of items outside of our bulk program.

In looking at the website, both pieces of information are on the website. Let us take a look at making some wording changes to reduce the likelihood of this happening to other residents. There is so much information to share on this program and we want to make sure we have it worded well.
