Description
This isn't a backup but the manhole covers are always off of the storm drain covers on Grey Goose Lane. I view this as a potential safety issue. There are a lot of homes under construction on Grey Goose Lane so I assume this may be construction related but do the builders really need to leave these covers off 24/7????
