I saw that at least (2) others have submitted the same complaint for this address so this is obviously effecting others besides myself. I look forward to you taking some type of enforcement action to rectify this problem. Thank you.

Hello, it's been a month since this complaint was file and NOTHING has been done! I checked the active case # at the zoning enforcement's website and I'm not sure what's active about this case because according to the "case events" nothing has been done....no letter sent, no contact made with the homeowner to advise them about the complaint/violation...why has nothing been done in 30 days??? Several in the community have complained about this address and the visible violations of non permitted use of the property....what is being done by your county agency for us as taxpayers??

So you're allowed to operate a commercial business out of your residence and store commercial trailers on your property????

A commercial business can operate from a residence if the business complies with conditional use requirements of 18-10-130.
