There is another homeless camp by the field bordered by Ludlow, Maple Ave, and Thirteenth. Residents have broken into vans in the area and unknown small thefts.

I heard that the police have been around so they are aware of the camp.

I would like it removed. I have contacted Millilo’s daughter about it. However, no one is sure who owns that land. It could be the railroad. But the railroad ties left every time the rails are replaced would be a start to cleaning up that area.
