"Starbucks drive thru lane winds through parking lot, blocking lanes in the PRIVATE parking lot on a daily basis. Drive thru line is uncommonly long due to COVID restrictions. No "Public Access" is blocked. All public roads are unobstructed and traffic is flowing normally."
