Since First Watch arrived it has become very popular - great! But 14th Ave N needs NO PARKING signage at the corner of 4th Street N - because people do park there making the intersection chaotic at times. The second change has been delivery trucks parking on 3rd Street N between 13th and 14th Avenues N on the west side. This IS a no parking zone but there is only one sign and it is no longer legible. Some additional no parking signs would help reduce congestion in this area and make it safer for all as well .
