Recommend issuing to Huntsville Utilities. Also, for some reason the pin jumped to the south side of Lowe. This cover is on the northeast corner of Lowe and Greene along Lowe Ave.

This is coned off to keep people away from it. They are currently working on a replacement plan to include a new cover, and likely repair of the collapsing sidewalk. We are working with the City of Huntsville in planning the repairs.
