Description
The Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) recently sold house located at 19198 Saint Louis. The house was purchased with a yard full of overgrown vegetation. On Saturday the owner came and started cutting down the vegetation and when done removed all the debris to the berm of the vacant lot at 19176 Saint Louis. This represents a continous pattern of investors who purchase properties from DLBA illegally dumping. DLBA is not vetting investors who purchase property in District 3 as is the case in areas where gentrification is being allowed to occur. The quality of life for longstanding Detroiters in District 3 has no significance to DLBA.
