Black eclipse abandoned, filthy & not moved for over a month. It's NEXT to the driveway of 2108 62nd Avenue. Has gang graffiti blight on driver's side. Also interferes with visibility & access to the 2108 house's driveway when cars are parked so close to the driveway's entry on both sides. Cars speed every day on 62nd Ave so visibility is key to preventing a collision when cars are routinely ignoring stop signs @ 62nd & Harmon.
