Drivers from West bound Egypt Road continue to turn left onto East 422 after the their green arrow goes out. Failing to yield to oncoming traffic from East bound Egypt Rd. going onto east 422. Driver turning right onto 422 have the right of way from the drivers turning left.

The light is plenty long enough. Especially given the fact West bound traffic is given the right away for period of time. If someone doesn't make it they will get another chance. No traffic light gives everyone waiting inline a chance to go on the first or even second time.
