Description

This vacant ( for many years) property is dangerous and a total eye sore for our downtown area ( businesses) . It need to be cleaned up. Trash, long weeds , broken banister, etc..... Most downtown areas have very beautiful and well kept pedestrian alleyways. I don't understand this? Also, alleyway has potholes and needs gravel and leveling. Our town should be embarrassed by this.
