Inspector +1 (is on video camera) arrived stating "oh its just leaking." The full length dialogue is on video. Washing machine and commode were not in use at the time of inspection at ~1230. There is a slight sewage methane smell that is detectable using a gas sniffer. Additional action requested prior to going to city council representative.
