Q. Please describe the issue
A. Issue is that every time I go up Buckley blvd road to go into Bush Avenue is always blocked by two cars is very narrow to pass and I have to back out to Buckley blvd road again and is dangerous just to go around. Not even the trash can be picked up sometimes or they have to baked up to bush to get to it.

if it was an entrance or exit it would’ve been a problem if it was a one-way street.
