Yuk! I posted this over on Facebook on the Northern Liberties Neighbors group (a site monitored by the Northern Liberties Neighbors Association), since that street is technically in NL, although right at the border. Lara Kelly, Quality-of-Life coordinator for the NLNA, responded thus:
"I can report it to my contacts as well - pics are very helpful - if anyone can post some I would appreciate it- other wise I will try to get over that way myself to take some in the very near future. Its a little bit of no mans land over there and with the clubs nearby it definitely gets abused."

Why stop at Spring Garden? Front St. is like that up to Girard!

Please note that the trash ramps up as does the activities do on Festival Pier!!

I'll try and take pics this evening. It certainly does get more action during festival season, but most of this trash looks like it comes from a home and not party debris. I agree, that all of Front street needs help— it seems to be forgotten once we cross into NL. Old City seems to take care of it daily with street sweepers.
