I want to apologize to you. We have put the items there for the city to pick up and always do a bulk item request with Hoover connect. What you term illegal dumping is merely the city not picking up in a timely manner. I have submitted another request and apologize that this is an issue. Hopefully the city will see this comment as well as my second request for pick up. Thanks for your understanding.
