Q. Please describe the issue
A. House has multiple chickens, roosters and ducks. Chickens and roosters are flying over fence and going into everyone’s yard. They are Also walking in the street. Road is very busy, one is going to get hit by a car or attacked by a dog in the yards they are going into. Not to mention having to listed to the rooster crowing every day. Are they allowed to have these in their yard?
