They built the Burma road in WWII by pick and shovel faster than these construction projects get completed. I also see white circles around the manhole covers on Ray between Higley and Power. There goes another 2-3 months of traffic jams. Should have been done during resurfacing. Very poor planning...

yah.. things are slow during a pandemic..

A mailing was sent out that there was a delay that would stop work for 6 weeks. If I remember correctly there were some poles that needed to be moved by SRP and when that was done the road work would continue.

All that work is done now and still no work has been done to finish it

The Town recognizes that as a resident near the Recker Road Improvements Project, it is important for you to be informed about the status of this Project and its anticipated completion. Several major components of the Project have been completed to date, including substantial private irrigation work, relocation of multiple SRP power poles, and the widening of Recker Road itself. While the Project was originally scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020, various issues, including scheduling of work, have required modification of the original plan and resulted in the Project being temporarily delayed. At this time, the area of the Project, including any areas of incomplete work, has been secured, and traffic control remains in place as necessary to protect the traveling public. We currently anticipate that work on the Project will resume in early 2021, likely in February.
