I've been curious about this as well but am now realizing that a number of people have been in and out of there recently.

FYI.....just to correct the record......
Mr. Rizzo is not the head of of LCI ( he left in early 2009)...he is the Building Official for the City of New Haven. He is a "stand up" guy and a great leader. He is fair but firm and is a great asset to the City of New Haven.
As a Public Official and former head of LCI he has worked for the residents of New Haven to make housing safe, maintain a high standard for construction, and help residents resolve quality of life issues.
