Description

Hi I'm Kyle Leonard I live out of 1662 S. Reseda St.  I had put things out for bulk pick up prior to me leaving on August 31st for vacation.  I had gotten home Thursday and had not really taken notice of the area where I placed my bulk trash until putting my trash out today.  There was some chunks of wood left which was a huge deal and I picked them up but that was went I noticed a section of the concrete looked freshly damaged.  I attached a picture of the damage.

I had reported this to my HOA at the time who stated they reported it to the Town of Gilbert and we're waiting for a response. However, back in November my HOAs changed and my old HOA never provided any incident number or anything of the like. I notified the new HOA who advised me to report it myself.
