The whole street is a giant pothole. It may be "private" but don't these people pay just as much in property taxes?

The City of Worcester Department of Public Works & Parks does not maintain private roadways. That would be the responsibility of the abutters. DPW...thanks for the useless comment. Unless I'm a complete moron, the original poster stated that it was a private road. The fact that you play the private road card and ignore the tax card makes it pretty obvious that these people pay taxes just like anyone else in the city. Why are they treated differently?
