The woman on the left was looking at condo units for sale in the Jack London district. Trash accumulations like the one along 3rd and the encampments under 880 are affecting property values in the District. Does the City care? If they do, they should find an appropriate place for the encampment and ensure that the trash accumulated by the folks who live in those settlements does not flow onto City streets.
