Owners continue to have fence in poor repair. Photo shows front of property on Marlin today with missing/broken fence; big missing fence space also directly behind new home being built on Neptune Road, which has been visible for weeks.
Besides the fact that property owners have been cited for junk vehicles, they also own a vicious light-brown dog that tried to bite my husband's foot while we biked by and about which Animal Control has been called numerous times. Realize the County won suit against owners for junkyard and nothing can be done, but very concerned that dog will escape the two open areas and really hurt someone soon. Dog gets out frequently and runs towards people in vicious manner. Owners have not paid a fine for this dog that was levied some time ago.
