The neighborhood surrounding the project across from 5 Salem St next to the construction on the corner of 20 Harbor St has had their water turned off without any prior notice. Which may not be such an inconvenience if we were not in the middle of a pandemic with a lot of us working from home and unable to even use the restroom in our homes.

Mayor's Office assigned this issue to Engineering Department

Curious if the residents on the other side of Harbor St are aware that they are about to be without water for the better part of the day as we were yesterday.
