Has the state been notified? What was their response.
Further down the street, Plainville repainted their two cross walks on each side of Cumberland Farms and added fancy flashing lights because cars would not stop.

It’s impossible to cross the street at Everett and South. I have video taped cars flying past me while I wait.
I’ve notified the Town for a long time now…. That this is a problem for many of us in the area and I hope no one gets hurt.

If someone does, the Town will have a much bigger problem on their hands.

We did send a report in several months ago. I will put in a request again. You could also call District 5 - (857) 368-5000.
Sometimes calls from citizens are responded to faster than municipalities forwarding along calls. I will reach out again. The last call was in the winter when they could not have addressed it anyway. It may have slipped off of their very large plate.

I called the State office in Taunton myself. Promptly, the State came out and fixed the signs. They did not paint the road but people still will not stop for me. Is there anything else that can be done to address this? Would you be able to paint the road so its clear? The paint is all gone.

I stand on the crosswalk with my dog and the cars literally keep whizzing by. Its awful. Can you please paint the lines.
