Also, read the noise ordinance before you reopen. It SPECIFICALLY states that construction activities like this tree removal are allowed 8am-8pm because of their level of noise generated. The OP has no claim to violation. Again, earplugs.

Just wanted to post a clarification: "Post to Neighbors" does not route to the city (hence the "Community" label). It exists as a way for neighbors to communicate with one another without sending a SR ticket to the city. Please remember to maintain a respectful tone in your comments.
