Really, it is very easy to avoid this vehicle by detouring to the cul-de-sac. No thru-traffic here. Or walking around it is also possible, no one has ever died of walking thru wet grass. These people are parking in their drive-way which is commendable. Street parking is difficult and limited in this location due to the "no parking" in the cul-de-sac and the "no parking" on the north side of the street. Please show some tolerance. Should you be concerned for your child, then go first and check out the street before you let them round the corner.

Really?? It is illegal to park on the sidewalk, and at the very least is rude & inconsiderate. People shouldn't have to "check out" the street before taking a walk or bicycle ride. And - being a wheelchair makes it VERY difficult to maneuver around those vehicles.
